Who we are...
The Department of Landscape Architecture at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is situated within the School of Enviromental and Biological Scienes. We are physically located on Rutgers' historic Cook Campus.
Our Landscape Architecture program offers a four-year undergraduate professional design curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. We also offer a graduate level professional Landscape Architecture Degree. These professional programs are nationally accredited by the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Course offerings cover a diverse range of subjects including site planning and design, design implementation and construction, CAD design, graphic communication, history, horticulture, plant ecology, social factors in design, and architecture.
